In the last couple of weeks i've been looking at the work of many contemporary designers, some cool, some less, some completely mindboggling. Seems like maybe its too many. I have a hell of a mess in my head. Sometimes it looks like an mtv commercial, horrible. Education-wise its a good thing of course, but the mess is ungodly. Funny thing that most of those designers are brought to my attention by a kid from my class. He grows trees from letters, and looks like soon he'll have more renown and than all those i'm looking at now...
Unfortunately, i cannot base the next coursework on his art, we're supposed to choose a known designer XD but i still make plenty of fanart in my chewed sketchbook. It is completely awesome to have such inspiration nearby and be a witness to a great artist's beginning.
Oversaturation also makes me really want to make stuff of my own, but time isn't something that happens a lot, and i work slowly when i do stuff for myself ^_^
There are too many hooded creatures, sandstorms, and light spots prowling around in my head, and they want out. Out!
