But I would work more on the head of the "rain guy".

What can i do with that head tho? it's turned away, and when it had more shading people said he looks ethiopian, which is -not- the point. He's romanian, i think. Just a lovely person, weird enough i dont even have to make up things about him.
I would not add shading but change the area of the jaw- make it more clear, and add the area of the mouth, and a small triangle of the nose in the front.
The face look as if it was not finished, and I know this angle is not easy.
Also if you notice the difference between the hair line and the ear and between the contour of the face, you'll see that somehow the angle is different. Try to look on a living person in similar angle and you understand.
